Get Green Label certification for your textile machinery
The Green Label offers your company a greater level of visibility, making it recognizable in terms of sustainability and more in terms of saving energy and environmental resources, as well as production costs.
Joining the "Sustainable Technologies" project promoted by ACIMIT (the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers ) and obtaining the Green Label is easy: just a few quick steps as summarized below.
Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with ACIMIT
Italian textile industry technology manufacturers who want to issue and use the ACIMIT Green Label for their machinery must participate in the "Sustainable Technologies" project, by signing and sending the Memorandum of Understanding to the following email address: green-label@acimit.it
Access to the portal and implementation rules for performance monitoring
Once the registration phase has been completed, companies that have signed the Memorandum of Understanding will receive their credentials (username and password) for accessing the ACIMIT Green Label generation tool.
To produce a Green Label, follow the instructions outlined in the Implementation Regulation (downloadable in this section of the site), in order to draw up operating instructions on how to measure the efficiency and performance parameters highlighted on the nameplates, using a model available in the tool.
Green Labels issued are subject to periodic verification by a certification body (RINA), according to a standardized and certified procedure. The positive outcome of these checks determines the issuance of a collective certificate of conformity by the certification body.
